MyPrivate Member Mail Services (“MyPrivate,” “we,” “us”) provides invitation-only email services to vetted members. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our public website, membership application process, and operation of member mailboxes.

  • Application data: Name, contact email, sponsor information, organization, and stated use case submitted through the invitation request form.
  • Member account data: Mailbox identifiers, authentication logs, and configuration details required to operate service.
  • Correspondence data: Message content and metadata processed in the course of delivering email services to members.
  • Technical logs: IP addresses, user agents, and protocol logs used for security monitoring and troubleshooting.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate the service, verify membership eligibility, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, comply with applicable law, and communicate maintenance or policy updates to members.

We do not sell member lists, scan correspondence for targeted advertising, or provide member data to data brokers.

Sharing

Retention

Application data for declined or incomplete requests may be archived for a limited period and then deleted. Member correspondence retention follows schedules communicated at account provisioning.
