Agreement

By using MyPrivate services or submitting an invitation request, you agree to these terms. Active members receive a complete membership agreement at provisioning; this page summarizes key obligations visible to the public.

Eligibility

Service is available only to invited and approved members in good standing. Accounts are non-transferable without written approval. Sponsoring members vouch for the identity and intended use of applicants they introduce.

Acceptable use

Members may not use MyPrivate to send unsolicited bulk mail, distribute malware, harass others, violate applicable law, or attempt to probe or disrupt service infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create abuse, legal exposure, or operational risk.

Service availability

MyPrivate targets reliable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may affect availability. Members are responsible for maintaining local backups of critical correspondence where required for their own records.

Fees

Membership fees, if applicable, are communicated during approval and invoiced according to member agreement terms. Public website access is provided for information only and does not constitute a service contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyPrivate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Members use the service at their own risk within the scope of the full membership agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms or operational policies. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated through member channels.
